The city’s branch of the upscale Chicago steakhouse chain just moved into its new digs on the ground floor of the U.S. Bank Tower on Capitol Mall in November. Alongside exemplary service and personalized wine lockers are floor-to-ceiling windows, an outdoor patio with room for 30 and a new dinner menu. The live lobster, weighing in at a minimum of two pounds at roughly $25 per pound, qualifies this as a special-occasion restaurant for most, but meals here are occasion enough to visit. Nice touch: the waiter will take your valet parking ticket in advance so your car is waiting for you curbside.
