Order melted cheese between the whole wheat buns, a side of chips and salsa for 60 cents, and one of 11 fruit and berry smoothies, or explore the profusely “tastes good, good for you” menu that includes nutty tacos, falafels and a children’s menu. Sit inside at a communal tree-slab table or outside at picnic benches and plastic patio sets, or venture beyond the chicken-patrolled blacktop to Village Park and its kids’ play area. Phone-in orders take about 20 minutes.
