Sactown magazine is looking for talented and dedicated Account Executives to join its team. We're on the top two floors of the historic Elks building (yeah, that gorgeous one up on the right), but you can get in on the ground floor of this exciting new publishing company. Because we're a new magazine, you won't be picking through the crumbs of other salespeople's accounts. You can be one of the first to approach many of Sacramento's biggest advertisers.
This position would be responsible for developing and cultivating new business accounts over various categories.
Ideal candidates will have:
- At least one year of advertising sales experience
- Strong organizational and strategic development skills
- The ability to multitask and be successful in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
Ideal candidates will be:
- Extremely creative, motivated and energetic
- Team players
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Sacramento is crucial.
