OUR STORY

Tower Café was launched on April 22, 1990 (Earth Day) by founder Jim Seyman who had a dream to create a social and dining experience where the hearts, minds, appetites and stories from our diverse communities could come together as one “global village,” united by the love of our unique cultural differences, our art and traditions, and the wonderful diversity we share with Mother Nature. Over the years, and in the same spirit that has brought a tapestry of art and culture inside Tower Café, your support has also allowed us to develop a vibrant tapestry of landscapes outside the café—its patio and the theater surrounding the property with towering palms, fountains and a park setting for all of Tower’s patrons.
