Beer & Ballet Continues Tonight

Grab a beer tonight with the Sacramento Ballet, who will be brewing up edgy, never-before-seen pieces, all of which are choreographed and directed by the dancers themselves. Presented at 7p.m. in the company’s intimate studio at 1631 K Street through next weekend (the last event is May 27), the performances range from neo-classical solos to modern, interpretative duets and ensemble pieces, and will be topped off by a meet-and-greet with the dancers, with plenty of wine and locally brewed Ruhstaller Beer on hand. Tickets are $35 and include two drinks. But don't wait. As of noon today, there are only about 20 tickets left for tonight and Saturday's performance is already sold out. More information here.
