The Tower Bridge dinner served as a fundraiser for the free Farm-to-Fork Festival that took place on Capitol Mall Saturday, Sept. 23.

The multicourse menu for the Tower Bridge dinner included dishes like Mesa Mercado’s chile en nogada by Ernesto Delgado and smoked Mount Lassen steelhead trout by Paragary Restaurant Group executive chef Kurt Spataro.

On Sept. 26, over 800 guests gathered for the fifth annual Tower Bridge dinner to feast on a multicourse
family-style meal prepared by many of the region's top chefs using ingredients from local farms and purveyors.
