Auburn natives Melinda and Jordan Minyard’s cafe opened in 2017 as a showcase for craft beverages, and became an instant hit with the town’s hungry, thirsty cohort of endurance athletes, backpackers and cyclists. On a sunny Sunday, expect a line out the door at this rambling, multitiered indoor-outdoor cafe in Old Town Auburn. It’s worth the wait for a cup of Pour Choice’s house-roasted Remedy Supply Co. coffee or a pint of suds from its rotating lineup of 10 or so craft beers on tap. Also worth the wait: a menu of elevated brunch items, salads and sandos. Curried deviled eggs with chermoula relish, or a “loaded” salad with avocado, candied bacon, egg and chevre? Both, please!
