Owner Esther Son opened this location in January 2018 (it’s twice the size of Estelle’s original downtown cafe), serving pastries like the exquisite macaron rosé with rose-infused pastry cream, lychee compote and fresh raspberries, and, on Fridays through Sundays, strawberry-mascarpone-filled croissants. Downtown Estelle fans, rejoice: A second cafe at the DoCo plaza offers the same lineup of pastries and lunch options, including the signature caprese sandwich on a fresh-baked baguette and the savory ham and caramelized onion quiche.
