Fox & Goose Public House
Essential Information
Housed in an old converted red-brick paint warehouse with soaring ceilings, the Fox & Goose is the closest you’ll get to London this side of the pond. The walls are covered in British memorabilia, from giant, retro Guinness signage to pictures of Queen Lizzy. But it’s the grub and the pub that keep ’em coming back. If you decide to go for the popular weekend breakfast, bring a book because the line can be daunting. Settle down to demolish a British omelet with bangers and English cheddar, or indulge in crumpets, house-made scones and Devonshire cream on the breakfast menu or Cornish pasties for lunch. Fun fact: Singer Jackie Greene was discovered during an open mic night here.
