Ink Eats and Drinks
Essential Information
Ink is one of those places where you feel cool just because you’re there. The walls and ceilings are covered with oversized tattoo designs (hence the name of the place), and artwork by hot young Sacramento painter David Garibaldi. The menu is American comfort food with a modern twist. Our favorite: the Sacramento sliders, Ink’s homage to the classic, tiny White Castle burgers. But these are better, made with Hawaiian sweet rolls, pickles and caramelized onions. And don’t miss the breakfast sliders, an egg, cheese and meat version that puts Egg McMuffins to shame. It’s also a great place for late-night burgers and meatloaf sandwiches. And when we say late night, we mean it: get your fix ’til 4 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
