Oz Korean BBQ
The dilemma: you love to cook, but you also love going out. The solution: Korean barbecue. Oz, which sits just off Highway 50 at Bradshaw, lets you have your dinner out and cook it, too. In this spacious room, all tables are equipped with grills built right in. When you order, you can do the grilling yourself, or the waitstaff will happily stop by every few minutes to help you out. If you’re new to Korean food (and a carnivore), make sure to try the galbi (barbecued short rigs) or the bulgogi (marinated beef). Both are classic Korean dishes, and both are fantastic here. Also, if you’ve saved room for dessert (unlikely), spring for the mochi ice cream–little balls of ice cream wrapped in a marshmallowy rice shell. Yum.
