Easter falls on Sunday, March 27, this year, one of the earliest dates in decades. We’ve rounded up six scrumptious Easter brunches throughout the region to help you celebrate the holiday just in time.
Fat’s Asia Bistro & Dim Sum Bar
Savor an Asian-inspired take on brunch at the Roseville and Folsom outposts of the Fat’s restaurant empire. Offerings include everything from pot roast to dim sum, as well as plentiful seafood dishes like sushi rolls, Alaskan crab legs, salmon and Fat’s famed honey-walnut prawns. This Old Sacramento institution will be serving up an elegant brunch with standouts that include a shrimp “Oscar” Benedict comprising Oregon bay shrimp salad, Delta asparagus and sauce Arlésienne, plus a braised pork belly with sweet potato hash. Visit with the Easter bunny at this Rancho Cordova brunch, which will feature highlights like a seafood sampler of prawns, king crab legs and oyster shooters, a yogurt parfait bar, rosemary-crusted leg of lamb and brown-sugar-coated ham. Hawks Restaurant

Osteria Fasulo
This Davis eatery boast an all-day prix fixe Easter menu of Italian-inspired dishes. Paragary’s executive chef Kurt Spataro offers a French-inspired Easter meal at this midtown restaurant.
