Brad Cecchi, who grew up in Carmichael and went on to earn a Michelin star as executive chef at Calistoga’s Solbar, has returned to his hometown to helm the kitchen at the new East Sacramento restaurant Canon. The Land Park-based 34-year-old dishes about mixing global flavors with local ingredients, his take on the ubiquitous avocado toast, and how everything is coming up rosé.
